More about Monica...
Growing up in Pennsylvania, I was surrounded by “trades.” My dad was a builder and owned a small home improvement store. My mom was the bookkeeper for both businesses. My brothers and uncles were carpenters and contractors. So naturally, I too went into the “family business.” I’ve been in the trades for 32 years and in flooring specifically for 25. I was an MP for the USAF. I’m a math tutor which leads to my personal motto “pay attention to the details and do it right the first time.” On a more fun level, my motto is “eat desert first.” Speaking of fun, my nickname is Lilley Pad (Lilley was my maiden name). I like to watch TV, paint, read, garden, do archery and spend time with my sister, husband and two adult sons.
